When do I pay?
After we
have agreed the price with you we ask for a small deposit of 10% of
the quotation, with balance payable once your consignment is safely
delivered.

Yes we have over 25,000 sq ft of secure
storage facilities, so if your move is delayed you are safe in the
knowledge that your precious household items will be safely looked

myself?
We always recommend you take our
professional packing services but in rare cases if you wish to
pack your own belongings we can supply professional packing
products.

Do I need to buy insurance
cover?
If you have used our professional packing
services, then the quotation will include worldwide removal
insurance. In the event that you pack yourself, you will need
to get cover from a reputable agent.

How is my
shipment packed and how does it get there?
For Western
European removals we use land transport (large container
lorries). For Worldwide deliveries we use shipping
containers.

Is it cheaper to sell certain
items at home and replace them at my destination, rather
than have them shipped?
This is a very good
question. Large and bulky items that take up extra space in
your container or consignment are often best purchased
locally. If moving to US many household electrical goods will
not work because of the voltage difference. Please consult our
staff for specific advise.

Moving the family
pets overseas is often fraught with problems. As quarantine
laws are different in many countries, individual advice will be
given by our representative. We advise that as soon as you
know you are moving (even before arranging a removal firm) that you
make enquiries about your pet.
